At full 8K resolution, the HELIUM sensor captures 35.4 Megapixel motion and stills. Coupled with 60-75 fps, WEAPON 8K S35 provides an advanced VFX solution with creative flexibility. Other HELIUM sensor advancements include improved low-light sensitivity and dynamic range. 300 MB/s data rates allow you to take advantage of the lowest possible REDCODE setting, and record proxy 4K Apple ProRes or 4K Avid DNxHR formats, simultaneously.

As a DSMC2 camera, WEAPON 8K S35 benefits from advanced RED modularity, featuring cable-free peripherals, an integrated mounting plate, wireless control, and compatibility with a growing number of DSMC2 modules and accessories. WEAPON also supports interchangeable lens mounts and OLPFs, enabling you to take full advantage of your existing S35-compatible PL, Nikon, Canon, and Leica lenses.
